The undergraduate members of Alpha Tau Omega would like to invite all the alumni to celebrate our Ten Year Recolonization Anniversary Alumni Weekend. You are welcome to attend the entire weekend or can chose from three days of separate events the weekend of May 7- May 9th.
Friday, May 7th, Golf and Dinner :
Golf: If you and friends would like to play a round of golf with yourselves or any undergraduates earlier in the day, please let me know so I can help get a discount and book your round.
Saturday, May 8th, ATO Philanthropy Event:
Virgin Party has continued to be the highlight of Epsilon Gamma's philanthropy focus. However, this year we have decided to move away for the traditional event and partner up with the brothers of Pi Kappa Alpha to create something new and more directly related to the community.
We will be hosting a Kid Power Field Day on Fraternity Row. The plan is to work with other sorority and fraternity chapters to create carnival stations for local underprivileged children to attend. We are working with the Kid Power organization and all donations will be presented to them.
More information on Kid Power can be found at http://www.kidpowerdc.org/
Sunday, May 9th, ATO Alumni and family Cookout:
Sunday afternoon starting at 1PM we will be having a cookout for all interested alumni and family. This will be free of charge and held at the chapter house (4611 College Ave). At this time we would like to give tours to all, showing off our new renovations.
Please get in touch with as many brothers as possible as we would like to have our largest alumni event yet. Remember, if you and friends are planning on attending the dinner Friday night I need to hear back from you directly by Monday, April 26th. Feel free to contact me with any questions or RSVPs at rmcbride88@gmail.com or 732-859-2452 or our Chapter President, Andy Civetti, at andy.civetti@gmail.com or 301-651-3765.
Fraternally,
